OT - Lights dim between shifts?

So does mine, pre and post Blower install.

It actually doesnt do it in the headlights anymore since the HID install, I am guessing since the ballast is not as energy dependant.

Figured as much after having two vehicles do the same thing, but that would be just my luck to have the same problem twice so I figured I'd throw it out there.

Any one else notica at night when your lights are on that in between shifts of as I come to a stop and the engine drops to idle, the lights dim a little bit. I haven't had any adverse problems due to this but my last Teg did the same thing with the charger on it, so I figured I might not be the only one or someone could let me know what the problem might be.
